Duration

  • 10-month programme

This apprenticeship typically runs for a minimum of 10 months, depending on experience and role. Learners develop their skills while working in a real hospitality environment.

Assessment

  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

The assessment includes a knowledge test, practical observation and professional discussion.
Learners are supported by expert tutors throughout to build confidence and ensure successful completion.

Functional skills

  • English and Maths Requirements

Support is provided to achieve Level 2 where required, typically completed during the programme.
These skills support effective communication and operational performance in hospitality roles.
