OUR STORY

For ten years, Skills Office Network and Logical Training built an enviable reputation for delivering high impact consultancy services, apprenticeships, and commercial training across the UK. During this time, these businesses developed outstanding relationships with numerous clients, and key partners including the UK’s Department for Education (DfE) and the Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP).

In 2025, our owners James Neilands and James Billingham joined forces with Martin Knight to create the Momentous Group, and our training business was reimagined as Momentous Learning.
 
Our passion remains the same as it was all those years ago: our commitment to our core values and empowerment through inspirational training has never changed, but we’ve added so much more!
 
Momentous Learning offers a brand new, vibrant, and all-encompassing transformational approach to apprenticeships and commercial training that’s impactful, engaging and tailored to meet the needs of our customers.
 
To support our vision for the future of people development, we have created our unique and incredibly powerful ‘Momentous Learning Cycle’; a strategy for living that empowers individuals, teams and organisations to take control of their lives in order to achieve the outcomes they desire. This strategy underpins everything we do and is available as a standalone programme, as well as being embedded within our apprenticeships and commercial training.
 
Over the past three decades, our founders and leadership team have gained a wealth of knowledge, passion and experience in designing and delivering apprenticeships and commercial training.
 
We are infinite learners who are driven to continuously seek new and innovative ways to positively impact lives each and every day.
