This apprenticeship typically runs for around 12 months, depending on experience and role.

Assessment

  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Learners are supported throughout to demonstrate leadership capability and business impact.

Functional skills

  • English and Maths Requirements

Support is provided to achieve Level 2 where required as part of the programme.
These skills underpin effective leadership, communication and decision-making.
