Conduct complex assessments and deliver trauma-informed, restorative and evidence-based interventions that reduce offending and support rehabilitation.

Complex Risk Management & Safeguarding Leadership
Lead risk assessments, manage high-risk situations, and uphold safeguarding responsibilities across multi-agency environments with professional authority.

Work confidently with police, courts, social care, education, housing and health partners to coordinate integrated support and drive better outcomes.
