National Apprenticeship Week 2026: How Momentous Learning Supports Skills for Life
National Apprenticeship Week 2026 highlights Skills for Life and the impact of apprenticeships. Discover how Momentous Learning supports employers and learners to build job-ready skills.
National Apprenticeship Week 2026 highlights the importance of Skills for Life - the skills that support confidence, progression and long-term success at work.
At Momentous Learning, apprenticeships are central to how we support these skills across leadership, operations, logistics and youth work. Through programmes including the Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship, Operations Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship, Coaching Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship, the International Freight Forwarding Level 3 Apprenticeship and a range of Youth Work apprenticeships, we work with employers and community organisations to develop practical, job-ready capability.
What We Are Sharing During NAW 2026
As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2026, we will be sharing learner stories from across our leadership, operations and freight apprenticeships, highlighting how Skills for Life are developed in practice.
During National Apprenticeship Week 2026, we will be inviting employers to take part in a series of discovery sessions titled Apprenticeship Progression in Practice.
These sessions are designed to explore how apprenticeships support skills development and progression in real workplace settings. Employers will have the opportunity to discuss expectations, share perspectives and consider how apprenticeships can support long-term workforce development.
Developing Leadership, Operations and Freight Skills
The Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship supports new and aspiring managers to build confidence in leading people, managing performance and communicating effectively.
For experienced professionals, the Operations Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship develops strategic thinking, operational oversight and decision-making skills needed to manage complexity.
The Coaching Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship helps organisations embed a coaching approach to leadership, supporting reflective practice and people development.
In logistics, the International Freight Forwarding Level 3 Apprenticeship develops specialist knowledge alongside essential Skills for Life such as accuracy, attention to detail and effective communication.
Looking Beyond National Apprenticeship Week
National Apprenticeship Week is a moment to celebrate progress and reflect on how skills are built for the future.
At Momentous Learning, we are proud to support employers and learners through apprenticeships that focus on leadership, operations and logistics, helping individuals and organisations develop Skills for Life that last beyond the programme.
