Following the success of our first fully funded overseas placements in Thailand and Vietnam, we are now inviting employers and apprentices to take part in the next cohort and unlock a truly global development opportunity.
As our first group of Momentous Learning's apprentices return from Thailand and Vietnam, the impact has been clear.
Over the past few months, learners stepped beyond their usual workplace environment to take part in structured international placements. Since returning, employers have noticed greater confidence, improved communication skills and a stronger sense of professional maturity.
For many apprentices, it was their first time travelling internationally.
For employers, it has become a powerful development opportunity.
Following the success of this first cohort, we are now recruiting for 2026 placements.
What’s the Experience?
This is not tourism. It is purposeful, structured development designed to strengthen both personal growth and workplace performance.
During their overseas placement, apprentices:
Lead English activities in schools, universities and community settings
Immerse themselves in local culture, from historic sites in Thailand to community projects in Vietnam
Complete TEFL training and gain an internationally recognised certificate
Develop leadership, communication and adaptability
These experiences build independence and resilience in ways that traditional training alone cannot.
